Podcasts are one of the best ways to absorb actionable information on the go and hands-free. We can listen while we’re getting ready, cooking, commuting, exercising, working, or exercising while working, and the growth of podcasts are just starting. Podcasts are amazing for a daily dose of inspiration, knowledge, insight, and humor. I specifically love podcasts hosted by women and for women on the topics most relevant to our daily lives. Although there are a few podcasts by men that I love as well! Below you will find a lineup of seven incredible shows that motivate, inspire, and educate me! Each podcast differs in approach and covers a variety of topics, offering something for everyone.

Whether you’re an entrepreneur or a stay-at-home mama, this podcast is for you! Rachel gives tangible and tactical tools for your life and business. She's my go-to motivational podcast!
Where to start? How to Be Financially Free with David Bach & How to Overcome the Fear of Failure
Guy Raz is amazing and the King of Podcasts!! He is the only person to ever have three shows simultaneously in Apple’s top 20 podcasts. My favorite podcast by him is How I Built This, where he dives into the stories behind some of the world's best-known companies. He does an amazing job of interviewing them and asking the right questions!
Some of my Favorites: Spanx Sara Blakely, Away Jen Rubio, & Instagram's Kevin Systrom and Mike Krieger
No motivational podcast list would be complete without this one from the queen of positivity herself, Oprah. This podcast is all about connecting to your true self and the world around you. With guest stars discussing a wide variety of topics, there is sure to be something for every kind of person. From authors to health and wellness experts, Oprah has the information you need to get in touch with who you are and guide you on the path to be the best version of yourself!
As the name suggests, this podcast is all about making your life a little happier. Hosted by Gretchen (the #1 best-selling author of the book The Happiness Project!) and her sister Elizabeth. I love the relationship between sisters Gretchen and Elizabeth as they talk about being happier, building positive habits and human nature. It's a very practical show that focuses on taking action but also talks about the psychology behind their tips and suggestions, peppered with personal stories from their lives.
Where to start? The One Minute Rule
I love this podcast! Jay Shetty is an amazing and inspirational person. Jay’s purpose is seen clearly and understood through On Purpose podcast. He adds value and respect to the words that aren’t always spoken. Bringing a deep light to the roots of our soul. Enlightenment with his sincerity and ability to calmly listen and support the journey of the person he is interviewing.
You know how every day someone asks "how are you?" And even if you’re totally dying inside, you just say "fine," so everyone can go about their day? This show is the opposite of that. This podcast is oddly comforting, even though it covers sometimes very uncomfortable subjects. It shows you it's okay to experience ALL the feelings in life, help you see what others may be dealing with, often invisibly and is above all honest about it all. Fantastic host and great stories!
Lifehacker curates a fantastic podcast here with lots of actionable advice points like how to be happy, how to buy a TV, how to be less bad with money and how to tell if you’re dating a psychopath. The hosts crack me up and I love how relatable it is! With each episode, I feel like I can take a bit of wisdom and apply it in real life.
