Fall is here, and with it chilly weather that’s horrible for being outside but perfect for curling up in bed with a cup of cocoa and a good book or movie. This time of year, my brother, sister-in-law, and nephew come over often to spend a long weekend with us. I wanted to spruce up our guest bedroom to give our guests a more comfortable, more inviting place to get a good night's sleep or just relax and watch a Halloween movie with Zander.

This upholstered storage bench fits perfectly at the end of the queen sized bed. It is well made, big enough to hold a few extra blankets, extra sheets, and pillows. The solid wood legs was super easy to assemble and has a mid-century modern vibe but fits with different decor styles.
It has really transformed the look of our guest bedroo. Better Homes and Gardens at Walmart knocked this out of the park and the price is unbeatable, too!
No cozy room is complete without pillows. I especially love this harvest velvet pillow... I layered it with other pillows and blankets for a cozy feeling!
