I can’t believe we are almost halfway through December (and closer to the end of 2020—eek). Since we’ve stayed home most of the year, I've really enjoyed creating more of a comfortable environment in my house. Although this Christmas looks much different than previous years, I've really tried to focus on being grateful for the little things that spark joy, and cultivate new memories with Leif and our families.
Luckily, one of my favorite Christmas memories and a holiday tradition involves Leif and I staying home and watching Christmas movies together. We snuggle up in our coziest outfits and spend ALL day in our loft upstairs watching a few of the great Christmas classics and a few of the not-so-great, cheesy Hallmark movies. I can’t wait for our lazy day of snacks and holiday movies!

Better Homes & Gardens at Walmart has some affordable but quality home decor items that are helping me set a cozy scene. I recently got the SOFTEST faux fur throw and fluffy pillows —you guys know I love cozy anything! The blanket is huge (50X60), and is made with reversible Sherpa material. It’s an instant upgrade to a living area or bedroom but doesn’t sacrifice comfort.
I got the ottoman so we can rest our feet but it is perfect for those extra throws and small pillows when we aren't using it to keep the room clutter-free.

With these extra-cozy items, I can safely say Leif and I are set for our Christmas movie marathon tradition—I can’t wait! I’ve included a few more pieces below that I highly recommend to level-up on your comfy Christmas game. Don't forget the popcorn!
