If you guys missed it, I shared my review on the Dyson Airwrap. I also have an IGTV tutorial on how to create beach waves without putting direct heat on your hair using the Dyson Airwrap curling barrels.
The Black/Purple Airwrap is sold exclusively on Dyson.com (Free accessory with purchase)
So many of you have asked for a side by side comparison on the brush attachments that come with Dyson Airwrap. Today, I'm reviewing the soft smoothing brush vs the barrel. The brush attachments do very different things.
I found that the soft smoothing brush made my locks sleek and shiny in a natural way. I did my wet hair in ten minutes, as opposed to my 20 minutes routine or drying then straightening. I give it a thumbs up.
I found that the barrel created voluminous and shiny beach waves, and loved that the same barrel could create Old Hollywood, bouncy waves depending on how you hold the tool!
The Dyson Airwrap tool does what it promises. The $499 starting point gets you a dryer, straightener, curler, volumizer, and wave tool that will help you achieve the hairstyle you're after. Considering how quality hair tools usually clock in around a hundred dollars a pop, the price seems to make a little more sense. Now you just have to decide if your budget allows for it!
Thanks to Dyson for sponsoring this post. All opinions are always my own.
