A little about my journey with home decor:

I don't have any former training as an interior designer. I have always loved decorating rooms and arranging furniture. But sharing my home decor all started with my first room update. When I moved in with Leif, the room was a total bachelor pad (think brown everything). After completing the room and sharing it on social media, I realized I had a knack for it.

It truly gives me so much joy to know I can help inspire you to create a home that is both comfortable and beautiful. A beautiful home is not just about how a room or a home looks, but really, about how we feel in it and how it works for our lifestyle. The point of decorating is to create a background for the best life you can have. I am all about living a happy, healthy life and that starts at home!

As summer transitions into fall, I am transitioning my home to create a more cozy mood. Our home is an open concept which is amazing but one thing it lacks is storage. Our formal dining room has turned into my "unboxing storage room" but it was driving me nuts! This unit is larger, sturdier, heavier, and nicer than I expected for the price. It's the most functional piece! I display books, plants, seasonal decor, family photos and it gave us plenty of space to store our most used items to keep our home looking tidy and well-kept!

The oversized cubes are 13 x 13 and are perfectly sized for displaying these fabric storage bins! We each have a cubie for our most-used items. I keep my handbag and mask for on-the-go!
