When fall rolls around, I like to be basic. Yup, I am talking about pumpkins, cozy cardigans, and of course Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte #PSL. You guys have been loving the healthier version of PSL I shared on Instagram stories, so I thought I would do a post to share exactly how to order a healthy Starbucks pumpkin spice latte.
Now, I am not saying you can't enjoy a normal PSL but if you're like me and want to have a pumpkin spice latte on the daily, then this a healthier option. Did you know that according to Starbucks, a grande-sized Pumpkin Spice Latte drink has 380 calories and 50 grams of sugar, which is twice the amount that the American Heart Association suggests women consume in an entire day! So yeah, definitely not good for drinking on the daily.

I usually order a Tall which is only 70 calories and 9.5 grams of sugar VS. Grande standard PSL which is 380 and 50 grams of sugar.
