It’s not rocket science that coats and jackets are a winter staple – unless you live near the equator where it’s hot all year (well aren’t you lucky). It keeps us cozy and can make an outfit too. This plaid coat is one of my first outerwear purchase of this season and it’s my favorite so far. The open-front styling and draped lapels enhance the relaxed appeal of this cozy plaid coat with super soft, fuzzy feel. You seriously need it in your closet. You can dress it up over your dress, leggings, and heels or keep it casual with denim and sneaks. I am excited to wear it under twinkling holiday lights with a pumpkin spice latter in hand.

Today I paired it with these crop flare denim, booties (similar one here and here), and BEST lace-up cami ever. Be warn that petals are required  (I used this one here or silicone ones here ? ?). Or you can wear the lace in the back as it was intended. So if you aren’t comfy with freeing the nips, I don’t recommend this top.
