If you follow me on Instagram or Snapchat, then you would have see a few snippets of the very exciting Nordstrom Beauty Trend Event I attended held at Downtown Seattle a couple weekends ago. I got to host a giveaway and invite 10 of my readers to attend the event with me as my VIP guests. We watched top industry insiders reveal spring’s best beauty trends hosted by Joelle Russo, Nordstrom’s Beauty Director, during a fun runway show full of tips, giveaways, and even a couple male models to get the girls all excited! 😉

Before the show, I got my makeup done by Robyn at M.A.C.’s courtesy of Nordstrom. I love M.A.C. Next to Nothing very light foundation. I tend to have super dry lips and she recommended this lip scrub and conditioner which I have been using religiously to health my lips back to scrumptiousness. Also, I am OBSESSED with this mascara for my bottom lashes! Below are the products Robyn used on me:

After the show, my guests and I all got to meet celebrity hair stylist, Jen Atkin! She was so cute during the show. Apparently she had just gotten off a long plane ride from Dubai but she was demonstrating some tips and tricks on her own hair. She recommends using a little bit of Wave Spray with the diffuser attachment on the Dyson hair dryer for easy messy waves. I am dying to try her Dry Shampoo Foam. Freaking genius.

Has anyone else attended a Nordstrom Trend Event? All my guests messaged me after telling me it was their FAVORITE event they have ever attended! Well that was no surprise to me…as it is Nordstrom (the best retailer ever). What are your favorite beauty trends and products this season?
