Confession: I haven’t read a whole book since 2017. I’ve read parts of books here and there but with my busy schedule and let’s be honest: #netflix, #hulu, #prime. I’ve neglected to actually finish a whole book! As you guys know, in 2019 I’ve been focusing on wellness! That not only includes my physical health but mental as well. My point is... you’ll be finding me here in my reading corner 20 minutes a day before bed reading a novel to help keep my mind sharp, informed, and keeps me curious! I wanted to create a reading corner that was cute and cozy so I would stay motived to read. I love this faux cactus & swing chair especially!

Yes, this is the book that the Hulu thriller series, The Handmaid’s Tale is based on. It’s a futuristic-dystopian novel that explores a broad range of issues relating to gender, power and religious politics that will keep you on the edge of your seat!
This book is written by the creator of the Keto-focused, Bulletproof products (which are amazing!). In Game Changers he interviews CEO’s, top producers in their field, and successful people to explore what they do differently in order to have a high-functioning lifestyle. It’s filled with interesting tips and unconventional ideas for you to perform your best!
Any of these books will help you inspire and invigorate your life! I know I enjoyed all of them immensely in my reading corner 20 minutes a day, and reading helps me stay on my mental wellness game for 2019!
