I've been shopping at Forever 21 since I was in middle school. I remember having to throw out the items after a few uses because the quality was so horrible. Since then, F21 has transformed the brand for the better. Of course it is still a fast-fashion brand but the quality has vastly improved. They also started carrying many brands and recently I found Selfie Leslie at Forever 21. I am absolutely in love with this crisscross romper --- unfortunately it is sold out but I've linked all my favorite Selfie Leslie rompers and dresses under $60!
