What Drives Me & Best White Sneakers for Travels
I'm kind of obsessed with shoes. There are a few brands I am continuously loyal too. One of which is Steven Madden. I have been rocking his shoes since 1990, and I am secretly happy that Dad Shoes are back in style. I have always found that his shoes are funky, cute, affordable, and most importantly comfortable.
I was actually listing to a Podcast, "How I Built This with Guy Raz" ft Steve Madden, and Steve was telling the story of how he got his start. He initially began selling shoes out of the trunk of his car, where he drove around the greater NYC area selling his designs. His “drive” is what established his company, and is what continues to make him a successful entrepreneur. This got me thinking about what drives me.

What Drives Me?
I think to myself: why do I do what I do? I don't have a boss, but yet I work 10-14 hours a day, 7 days a week. Why am I willing to wake up early and work harder than most people?
The most important thing is to have a purpose, to have a “why?"
You could have all the motivation in the world, but if you don’t have a purpose or a motive to achieve that goal, you wouldn’t do it. Motivation is just the initial spark, but you need to start a fire inside of you if you want to keep pushing.
My "why" that drives me in my career and personal life, is to be able to take care of my grandma, mom, and have a family of my own. I'm driven to achieve financial freedom so I can travel the world, and experience new cultures in order to find my own inspiration through my personal style.
