Winter Wardrobe Essentials with Walmart
Everyone’s winter wardrobe essentials will vary based on climate, but I’m writing this base on cold weather climates. If you’re in a warmer climate, my affordable fall wardrobe finds might be more relevant for you.
You all know I have been on a huge Walmart.com craze lately! They have a huge selection of clothing, because, in addition to their affordable “everyday” shop, they offer premium brands, letting us shop affordable pieces and premium brands at a great value in a one-stop shop! I have also composed a few of my favorite cold weather finds under $50 below!
Here’s my list of my Top 4 Winter Wardrobe Essentials from Walmart:
1. SNOW BOOTS OR RAIN BOOTS
If you live in an area that gets a lot of snow, you probably want snow boots in your wardrobe. I love wearing these snowboots even if it isn't snowing because it is so stylish. If you’re in a warmer climate that doesn’t get much snow, rain boots would certainly suffice. When it’s cold, you can wear Smartwool socks inside.
2. FLEECE PULLOVER SWEATER
Fleece is as warm as wool but it is lighter weight and a lot less bulky. I think it is a solid option for a mid layer. It also has the ability to hold in warmth even if it gets damp. ... A fleece jacket is also versatile because it can be worn as an outer layer on a warmer day or a mid layer on a cold day!
3. FLEECE LINED BEANIE
You can never have enough beanies!!
4. THERMAL / FLEECE LINED LEGGINGS
Personally, I can’t live without a good pair of fleece-lined leggings; I plan to basically live in them all winter long. If you’re a fan of keeping up your running routine outside during the colder temperatures, you need to add a pair of fleece-lined leggings to your collection ASAP. Not to mention, the pairs below are also great for layering under winter pants or rocking on the weekends with a chunky sweater.
