Accountability: 28-Day Step Challenge Having a fitness tracker is the first step to accomplishing my wellness goal but for me, accountability is actually the key to reaching my goals. I took a poll on my IG stories and most of you agree with me. So I thought it would be fun to create a challenge to declare our goals in a way that will set us up for success. Simply thinking about goals won’t yield results. Accountability is the one critical component of bringing our goals to fruition! I created the 28-Day Step Challenge to share on our IG Stories every day!  This is a fun and easy opportunity for us to keep each other accountable and maintain a healthy lifestyle in a more social way.
